Dasra Social Impact Leadership Program (DSILP)
Rambha Philanthropy Foundation supported leaders from partner NPOs in participating in the Dasra Social Impact Leadership Program (DSILP) – a nationally recognised leadership development programme designed for founders and senior non-profit leaders. Through this initiative, partner organisations strengthened their leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, governance practices, organisational sustainability, and communications, while also gaining valuable peer learning – helping them grow into stronger, more resilient institutions.
