Our work spans early childhood development, digital literacy, teacher training, and scholarships – reaching individuals across every age group. We build both formal and informal learning paths, so no one is left out because of their background.
We also focus on skill development in areas like technology, healthcare, agriculture, and sustainability. The goal is simple: prepare people not just for today, but for the jobs of tomorrow.

Early Childhood Development through Anganwadi Centres
A 3-year project transforming Anganwadis into vibrant Early Childhood Education Centres — reaching 20,000+ children across 120+ villages through 400+ anganwadi centres.
Impact:
- Building a ICDS resource team within the region, with the long-term goal of scaling the program further
- Strengthening Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) for children aged 3–6

School for Disadvantaged and Marginalised Children
Ensuring a life free from inequality, cruelty, and discrimination for 300+ children from rehabilitation centres, families of commercial sex workers, and industrial slums.
A model school, in partnership with QUEST.
Impact:
- Supported a well-equipped science lab for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Built an advanced computer lab for students and collaborated with IIT Mumbai’s Spoken Tutorial Program
- In the process of adopting the full school for a deeper, long-term impact

Skill in Villages
Teaching life skills through the English language to students in grades 5–8. Supported 120 school centres, covering 7,800 students and 120 teachers.
Impact:
- Improved student performance across LSRW and life skill indicators, at all 4 levels
- Increased performance in board exams
- Teachers received English Competency Certification from the British Council

Skill Plus
Industry-specific training programs are turning unemployed rural youth into skilled professionals.
Impact:
- Trained 1,500+ students from 30 colleges
- Used tools like Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), through a flipped classroom approach
- Achieved a 78% placement ratio

Special Education School for Children with Special Needs
Empowering 160+ Divyang (differently-abled) children with physical, psychological, and intellectual impairments, and supporting their place in society. Supported the construction of the new building for Vihang School.
Impact:
- Built infrastructure for dedicated learning facilities
- Developed capabilities across therapies, playground, library, and clinical support
- Delivered vocational training for students and regular capability-building sessions for teachers and parents
